Plinko Worlds: Privacy Policy

Revised 22 October 2026 for version 1.2.0 of the game

This policy belongs to Plinko Worlds, the ball-drop game with seven worlds, seventy levels and the Ball Catcher arcade run, published on Google Play under the package name com.plinkoworlds.balldrop. Below, each topic gets its own heading, so you can jump to the part that interests you. If anything is unclear, the e-mail address above reaches the people who wrote the game.

The developer and this document

Plinko Worlds is released by Mob Casino Developers, the developer account that lists it on Google Play. Mob Casino Developers decides how information connected with the game is treated and is therefore the controller under European privacy law. This document covers each release of Plinko Worlds we have shipped and every message about the game that you send us. The text was last revised on 20 October 2026, when Ball Catcher was added.

The game keeps your progress in a local file

Each phone that runs Plinko Worlds holds one profile for it, written into the web storage area of the game's own app sandbox. The profile records: coins and the balance shown on screen; player level and experience; the bet you selected; for each world, the level reached, the goal counters, your chosen rows and risk, the number of drops and the best result; which balls you own and which one you play with; the day and streak of the daily bonus; when free coins and the emergency refill are next available; your sound, music, vibration and turbo switches; Ball Catcher runs left, when the next run returns, how many runs you have played and your best score; plus a few totals such as balls dropped, the best multiplier and the biggest win.

That profile is not uploaded, synchronised or shared by the game. Android keeps it in the sandbox of Plinko Worlds, out of reach for other apps, and we have no means of opening it.

The game never takes these

Plinko Worlds asks for nothing that would identify you and does not pick anything up in the background. In particular, it does not collect:

INTERNET is absent from the permissions the game declares, so the operating system refuses it any network access. Plinko Worlds therefore could not transmit data even if its code tried.

The single permission

VIBRATE lets the phone buzz briefly on big wins, level-ups and similar moments. It reaches no data, and you can silence it with the Vibration switch in the game's Settings.

Android backups

The game permits Android's own backup. If you have enabled backup to your Google account on the phone, Android may store a copy of the profile there and put it back on a new phone after you sign in. This copy is handled by Google under the terms you accepted for your account; it never reaches us.

Who else is involved

Google Play is the only outside party. It delivers the installation and the updates, and it handles your Google account and device data for that purpose according to Google's own privacy documents, not ours. Google also gives developers summary figures (for instance the number of active installs or crash rates) that do not tell us who you are; we use them to check that a release works. No other company's code is inside the game: there is no advertising network, analytics kit, crash reporter, social login or payment library.

Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track

No cookies are set by Plinko Worlds, and it builds no profile of you across apps or websites. A Do Not Track setting finds no tracking here to stop.

Coins and prizes have no real value

Coins, multipliers, level rewards, Ball Catcher points and collectible balls exist only inside Plinko Worlds. Nobody can buy or sell them, turn them into cash or move them to another player; outside Plinko Worlds they are worth nothing. Plinko Worlds offers no gambling with real money and no way to win real prizes.

Players must be adults

Only players of 18 and up should play Plinko Worlds, as its settings screen and its store listing say. It is not intended for children, including children under 13 covered by the US COPPA rules, and we would not knowingly accept information from minors. Since the game itself collects none, the question only concerns e-mails: a parent or guardian can ask us to remove any message a child has sent.

Writing to us

An e-mail to [email protected] gives us your address, your message and anything attached to it. We read it to answer you and do nothing else with it: no newsletters, no profiling, no handing it to third parties. We delete a conversation within six months of its last message, sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Why we may handle your e-mail (legal basis)

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, we answer e-mails on the basis of legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f): somebody who writes expects a reply. When you ask us to do something specific for you, Article 6(1)(b) covers it too. The game itself involves no processing by us, because the profile stays on your phone.

Where messages are stored

Plinko Worlds sends no personal data across borders. Your e-mails are kept by the mail service that hosts our mailbox, on its servers, and are not copied into other systems. Should a later version of the game ever need to send data anywhere, this policy would be updated first.

Keeping things safe

Your profile is protected by the separation Android enforces between apps, and we keep no duplicate of it. E-mails are protected by the security of our mail provider and by access limited to the developer team.

Your rights, by region

The rights below apply to whatever personal data we actually hold, which in practice means e-mails.

Send any request to [email protected]. We answer within one month. For data inside the game, the answer is simple: we have none, and you can remove it yourself by deleting the app or using Settings > Apps > Plinko Worlds > Storage > Clear data on the phone.

Changes to this policy

Should an update alter the way the game deals with information, this page gets rewritten before that update ships, with the new revision date at the top and a line about it in the update notes on Google Play.

Law and complaints

The privacy law that applies where you live still protects you, whatever this page says. If something worries you, please write to us first. You can also complain to the supervisory body responsible for you, such as your national data protection regulator in the EU or EEA, the UK Information Commissioner, Brazil's ANPD, Canada's federal Privacy Commissioner or California's privacy agency, the CPPA.
